Continuing Professional Training

As well as a fully-qualified Psychotherapeutic Counsellor, I am continuing my training to the level of Psychotherapist, completing in 2022. As part of this, I am able to offer a small number of concessionary places*
Working with a 'Psychotherapist in Training' benefits clients;

  • High-level support that grows with the therapeutic relationship

  • Skilled therapy at a reduced cost.

*please see FAQ and below for more details.

I am supervised at the Institute of Psychosynthesis in London as part of my training. I am also supervised by a UKCP Accredited Supervisor for my private practice.

All counsellors and psychotherapists receive supervision but because I am continuing my  training, the concessionary sessions (mentioned above), are recorded. A small portion is then transcribed by myself and presented to my supervision group.

This extra layer of supervision ensures that I am providing the absolute best support and service for you.
Names and any identifying factors are changed and I receive feedback and guidance on my contribution in the sessions.
