Psychosynthesis therapy uses a number of different models and approaches to help clients.  A new therapy is created for each client  depending on personal needs and issues.

Below are a small sample of the different methods that may be adopted during therapy, if and when appropriate:

  • Inner child work

  • The various roles adopted to survive through childhood and into adulthood - and how they can have potential for positive and destructive impacts

  • Developing conscious connection with body, feelings and mind and how to read what each are trying to communicate

  • Disidentification and will training - or how we can free ourselves from being a slave to our drives, emotions and thoughts which can sometimes sabotage us and our potential.
