How I Can Help
You are a unique being and your exact background, experiences and set of circumstances are equally unique. However what you have in common with everyone else who has ever begun this journey is that when the choice is made to enter into therapy, you open your life
to the possibility of transformation.
Regardless of the reasons you come to therapy, from the very start we have an eye on the ending. It may take just a number of months, a year or even a few, but my aim is to help the real, authentic you emerge; ready to take your place in the world, at a place where you no longer need the ongoing specialist support I provide.
In the work we do together, my role will be as a fellow traveller and guide. I will support you, bring you clarity, help you see things as you never saw them before and to give you the means to change your fate. Finally you will find new love and acceptance for your Self and as you do so,
you will learn how to be your own therapist.
